Initial evaluation cost: Medical weight loss evaluation is $75 and will be applied to any weight loss purchase. You may need to get lab work if you don’t have recent lab work from your primary care provider
We review your intake forms and discuss what is the best action step for you to take.
Medication can be mailed to your home if you cannot come to the Medford or Stoneham office.
